Residential electrical contracting and service
At Applied Electric, Inc. we are happy to help our cusomers in planning a residential project. Options are provided with rough estimates of expense in the early planning stages. Items that are often discussed are electric heating options as well as specific lighting needs. The final plan is then quoted and construction will comence at the appropiate time.
Houses, townhomes, and apartment buildings are all dealt with in this manner. In addition, at the time the electrical rough-in begins, we like to 'walk through' the building and verify locations of outlets, lights and switches. This will help avoid expensive changes after the building is complete. We also meet with our customers during the construction process to ensure the installation still is appropriate to its intended use.
New home consrtuction
The project starts at the planning stages. We are happy to meet with builders, contrctors and homeowners while the blueprints are being dran to determine the proper lighting needs, as well as adderss any specific needs the customer may have. This includes off-peak load management systems that provide as much as a 50% savings on electricity used to heat and/or cool the building.
