Service and Repair
Service work, as it pertains to electrical installations, is essential to providing our customers the greatest value.  Making changes to a new building during construction is often necessary and even expected of all contractors.  What we feel sets us apart is not just our ability to, but also our willingness to make these changes as well as additions to the finished building to suit the needs of the customer.
Residential service work
In-floor electric boiler system wired through a load management system provides a very comfortable, consistant heat and a monthly electricity bill that shows discounts up to 50%
 
 
  • Reduce your energy bills!  Do you have air conditioning, electric heating, or an electric water heater?
    • Due to raising energy costs, off peak electric systems have become more popular.   • Projects as small as adding a light switch for convenience, or relocating a home office, including phone and data jacks are common projects.  We also have added under cabinet light fixtures, ceiling light fixtures and recessed cans to homes that have insufficien lighting.
  • We have also helped out our customers by wiring both indoor and outdoor hot tubs,  steam suites, and electric sauna stoves.

 

 

 Commercial/Industrial service

Commercial facilities often have a greater need for electrical service work than do homes.  Offices are moved or redecorated, lighting needs change as rooms are designated for different uses, and old light fixtures have exceeded their life or are not effecient compared to the new technologies.

The Denka Lift is designed for reaching a working height of 98 ft.  This lift is special

becuase it can be collapsed to fit through a standard 36" door.  Here at the
